shopping malls in Dubai like Italian, Egyptian etc and
the products in these markets come from all parts of the
world. Dubai shopping malls have innovative
architecture, designer boutiques, world’s top brands,
restaurants, cafes and designer items.
Most of the visitors coming to
Dubai buy things like electronics products, traditional
gift items, Arabic coffee pots, silverwares, brass items
and gold. Persian carpets and cotton floor mates are
also popular items of Dubai markets. Many varieties of
ethnic items can be bought in Dubai.
Both Arabic traditional items and

be bought in low prices when compared to western
markets. Shopping hours in Dubai is from 9.00 a.m. to 1
p.m. and in the evening from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Most of
the supermarkets stay open till late in nights and open
on all days of the week. Shopping Malls stay open late
in night only on Fridays. Shops are generally closed on
Friday from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. for prayers.
It is fun to shop in Dubai if you
try to get an item at a bargained priced. Although many
shops offer items on fixed prices you can go for
bargaining in supermarket and get some good deals. You
can even visit a Souk to market some products where you
can get a variety of items in a bargained price. Souk
can be identified by the crowds and noises from the
vendors who try to attract customers to their shops in
the nights lit by neon lights.
Some of the expensive shopping
centers of Dubai are BurJuman Centre, Emirates Tower
Boulevard (that are luxury markets), the Jumeirah Centre
and Deira City Centre. These markets have hundreds of
outlets and they host varieties of food products. These
shopping malls even have some of the famous restaurants
and entertainment centers of Dubai.
